- Migration of a legacy Grants Management System database and application environment into modern SQL based, secure, user-friendly browser-based solution

For HUD, Advantage Industries is off-site in Virginia:
- Working on the OAHP Portfolio Management of Mark-to-Market Assets
- Working as a sub starting in November 2007
- Maintaining/writing code to manage over 1700 HUD properties for performance
- Develop system to analyze Surplus Cash Asset Management
For HUD, Advantage Industries is on location in Washington:
- Writing code for the DHAP Project for the Office of PIH
- Working as a sub starting in January 2008
- Code written manages the process of resident transfer from FEMA housing to HUD Housing
- Managing the documentation required for transfer

The Hurricane Rita Fund is a HUD CDBG project:
- Working as a sub starting in January 2008
- Custom developed an eligibility and verification solution
- Handled over 4,000 applications which span 7 differently structured assistance programs
- Interface with over 100 third party data providers ranging from insurance companies, title companies, mortgage firms and credit agencies
- Developed the software for the processing filter for detecting fraud and duplications of benefits by utilizing applied business intelligence concepts in its design
The Katrina Fund is a HUD CDBG project:
- Worked as a sub
- Custom developed an eligibility and verification solution
