Jeremy Walsh is the CEO of The Simply Referable Team, a Maryland-based real estate agency.

As a referral-driven real estate team, this company’s success is directly dependent on the satisfaction of its clients. “It’s not about sales, it’s about becoming who you need to be in your life,” says Jeremy. “I’m a principle-based book guy — I don’t really look for tactics, because the tactics change, but the principles never do.”
